The Loon House is getting renovated for the 2023 season! Projected re-opening in the summer of 2024.
The Loon House is a perfect rental for a family or five couples. It is a fabulous winter and summer retreat.

- Accommodates up to 11 people with six bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (# includes adults & children)
- Eat in kitchen with full size appliances includes a dishwasher, microwave and all needed items. Recently updated.

- Central Heat & Air Conditioning
- Maximum Occupancy includes Adults & Children, NO EXCEPTIONS
- Front lawn has a huge private fire pit so don't forget your camp chairs.

- Pillows, quilts and sheets are provided, for weekly rentals*
- Please bring your own towels, beach towels, & blankets & extra pillows.
- Large gas grill.
- Covered deck with 10-person picnic table
- Laundry Room with Washer & Dryer.
- Use of property amenities.
- Non-smoking and pet free. Sorry, no exceptions
- During summer months, the Loon House is rented weekly+ (Saturday to Saturday).
- Check-in BEGINS at 4PM, Check-out is BEFORE 10AM
- *Those staying less than a week are responsible for providing their own bedding.
- Call for nightly rates during the off season, sorry we don't offer 1 night stays. Holiday weekends and weeks will have a minimum stay.
