Policies
- A deposit is required at the time of reservation.
- Your deposit is 100% refundable up to a 60 day notice, and 50% refundable
30-59 days notice, and non-refundable within 30 days.
- Balance is due 1 month before check-in.
- Visa, Mastercard & American Express Accepted
- Check-In after 3 PM
- Check-Out 10 AM
- Rates subject to change.
- We reserve the right to charge a $25 processing fee for canceled
reservations.
- We are proud to be a non-smoking property.
- Under the Management's Discretion a Pet may be
permitted with advanced reservation and an additional weekly payment
with security deposit. This is only permitted for specified units.
If, a pet is brought into a unit without a reservation it becomes terms
for an immediate void of the contract (eviction) and loss of deposit
and rent.
- For the Military Discount must be mentioned at the time of booking.
ID will be required.
