The Lakeside at Loon Lake Policies
- A deposit is required at the time of reservation.
- Your deposit is 100% refundable up to a 60 day notice, and 50% refundable 30-59 days notice, and non-refundable within 30 days.
- Balance is due 1 month before check-in.
- Visa, Mastercard & American Express Accepted with a 4% processing fee
- Check-In begins after 4 PM- Sorry, we are unable to provide early check-in during July & August
- Check-Out is prior to 10 AM -Sorry, no exceptions
- Rates subject to change.
- We reserve the right to charge a $50 processing fee for canceled reservations.
- We are proud to be a non-smoking property.
- Under the Management's Discretion a Pet (dog) may be permitted with advanced reservation and an additional weekly fee. This is only permitted for specified units. If, a pet is brought into a unit without a reservation it becomes terms for an immediate void of the contract (eviction) and loss of deposit and rent.
- For the Military Discount must be mentioned at the time of booking. ID will be required.
- Maximum Occupancy means that is the absolute highest number of individuals that may occupy a unit, children & adults count in that number. We do not allow additional guests in the units. Excess guests will void your rental contract.
- We are not a public property so only registered overnight guests are permited to come on property and utilize the ammenities.. Day guests are not permitted on property. There are many wonderful local places to meet up with people.
- Towels and beach towels are NOT provided nor available to rent.
- ***Current PROCEDURES (Guest staying less than a full week), guests might be responsible for supplying their own bedding (sheets, blankets, comforters, etc) Beds will have clean & disinfected mattress covers. Please contact management if you will need pillows or will be bringing your own.
