Each rental has a grill, small fire pit & two picnic tables out front.
For weekly rentals - Pillows, comforters and sheets included. * See Policy Page for Current Status on less than a week rentals during Covid precautions
Please bring your own towels, beach towels, blankets & extra pillows.
Suites are a duplex building. 1/2 is Three Bears 1/2 is Loon's Lair
Maximum Occupancy includes Adults & Children. No exceptions

All units are non-smoking.
Appliances are full size
Summer, suites are rented weekly+ (Saturday to Saturday).
Each unit has central AC in addition to heat.
Check-in is AFTER 4PM, Check-out is prior to 10AM

Three Bears’ House

Three room suite with two bedrooms adjoining a kitchen with full size appliances and living area with cable t.v. plus a full bath. The two bedrooms each have 2 double beds, cable t.v., and private bathrooms. Sleep up to 8 people! See Pet Policy for this Unit.

Loons’ Lair

Three room suite with two bedrooms adjoining a kitchen with full size appliances and living area with cable t.v. plus a ½ bath with washer/dryer. One bedroom has a King size bed and the other has two double beds. Both bedrooms each have there own full bathroom and cable TV. Sleeps up to 6 people. Sorry, no pets permitted.
